45 km east of Veliko Tarnovo, in a village near an old Roman fortress, excavations and bridges at the foot of the longest mountain in Bulgaria - Stara Planina - beautiful and attractive with its many tourists’ places and picturesque nature; Bedrooms: 2 Land area: 4 300 sq.m. land enclosed with beautiful wooden fence. There is a BBQ area in front of the house and two original wooden arbours, one of them interestingly made entirely of stumps. There are many fruit trees and 20 walnut-trees in the garden; The entire house is built in traditional ancient Bulgarian style with typical wooden floors and ceilings. It is furnished with the representative for Bulgaria pottery ware and wooden shelters on the walls. The house has two levels. The first level is made of stone and comprises two basements. The second level has a reception room with a cosy fireplace. There are also three more rooms with traditional furnishing. There is main power in the house. There is no water, but a lovely spring runs just 50 m away from the house and could be used for that. There is a river close the house very appropriate for fishing activities
